Alfred Duncan declared fit for Fiorentina’s Europa League clash against Istanbul Basaksehir

Alfred Duncan has been declared fit and is expected to feature in Fiorentina’s Europa League clash against Istanbul Basaksehir. 

The 29-year-old  has been injured for a while and has missed several games since the start of the 2022/23 football season.

The former Ghana international missed the side's 2-1 defeat at Bologna but has been cleared for Thursday's clash.

The Ghanaian made the trip to Turkey and is likely to play some minutes for Fiorentina who are seeking their first win after the opening day draw.

They were held at home by Latvian minnows Rigas FS.

Duncan has been playing for Fiorentina since he joined them two years ago from Sassuolo.

The transfer cost Fiorentina 15 million euros, with Alfred Duncan now having a market value of 8.5 million euros according to Transfermarkt.
