Ghana Premier League side Amidaus Professionals would name Fetteh Feyenoord trainer Baba Ali as their new coach, Ghanasoccernet.com understands.

Anthony Lokko who led the club to a somewhat successful debut campaign on the Ghanaian top-flight has quit the Tema-based side and is set to join Berekum Chelsea.

Amidaus officials do not want to waste time in finding his replacement and have already talked to veteran trainer E K Afranie and Sarfo Castro who was sacked by Heart of Lions before the end of last season.

However, Ghanasoccernet.com checks reveal club President Baba Gado favours a move for Baba Ali who has an eye for unearthing young talents.

Both parties are still locked in negotiations and if things go according to plan, the Ghana FA Cup semi-finalist would confirm Baba Ali as new coach before the end of July.
