Belgian champions Anderlecht have completed the loan signing of talented Ghana midfielder Frank Acheampong.
The 19-year-old joins from Thai Premier League side Buriram United for the rest of the season with an option of a permanent deal in the summer.Â
In November last year, the hugely talented player was assessed by Scottish Premier League Celtic but coach Neil Lennon.
The Ghana U20 star made a shock move to Asia in 2011 from Ghanaian giants Berekum Chelsea.
Acheampong made his Ghana debut in August this year in the 1-1 draw with China where he was handed a starting role.
He scored 12 goals for Buriram United in all competitions last season and in 2011 was voted the Thai Premier League Best Player.
