Ghana star Andre Ayew could return to Turkey as reports indicate he is in advanced talks with Caykur Rizespor regarding a transfer.

According to reports in Turkey, the club are confident of securing the services of Ayew this summer.

Talks between the Caykur Rizespor and Ayew's representatives are at an advanced stage, with the club ready to meet the lofty demands of the player as they are desperate to strengthen their squad with the Black Stars captain.

Ayew has been linked with several clubs in Europe and Asia after officially becoming a free agent this month.

The 30-year-old and Swansea could not reach an agreement for a new contract, thereby paving way for the attacker to announce his departure at the end of last season.

Last season, Ayew led Swansea to the Championship play-off final scoring 17 goals. Before that, Ayew’s 15 goals propelled the club to the semi-final in the 2019-20 season.
