Ghana midfielder Andre Ayew believes they hold the aces to qualify to the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations finals at the expense of Malawi.

The Olympique Marseille is among the Black Stars 21-man squad preparing for the return leg final round qualifier on Saturday.

Ghana have a 2-0 lead from the first and the Marseille talisman has no doubt about their qualification chances.

"We have the best chance to qualify and will not take Malawi for granted," the 22-year-old said.

"We are in a confident mood going into the match and am very sure we will be in South Africa come 2013.

"We have a better advantage going into the match having won 2-0 in the first leg. We will need to protect that cushion and also attack for the killer goal.

"We have a good opportunity of advancing. What is required from us is to remain focused and not lose our heads in such a crucial decider."

Ayew goes into the match after an impressive display for his French Ligue 1 side against rivals PSG on Sunday which the 2-2 draw.
