Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has been told he must splash the cash this summer and compete to sign the best players in the world, according to The Sun.
The report suggests Arsenal have handed the Frenchman an ultimatum, saying they will not offer him a new deal unless he competes for the likes of Toni Kroos, Gonzalo Higuain, Paul Pogba, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and John Stones during the summer transfer window.
