Arsenal Ghanaian youngster Zak Ansah will arrive in Ghana on Thursday to start preparations with the Black Satellites ahead of the 2013 FIFA Under-20 World Cup.

The 18-year-old is among 19 foreign-based players expected to be assessed by coach Sellas Tetteh.

Tetteh has begun trimming the rough edges of the team as he plots to build a crack side that can take on the rest of the world.

The Black Satellites management committee chief George Afriyie has confirmed the pacey striker will land in the country on Thursday to join his colleagues.

“Zak will arrive in the country on Thursday. The only player who will arrive late is Alfred Duncan,” Afriyie said

“We are preparing steadily and hopefully we should have a strong team before the tournament start.”

The Ghanaians have been handed a tough group where they will battle Spain, France and USA in Turkey.
