Playing for AS Monaco since January 2019, former Spanish international midfielder Cesc Fabregas (33), according to France Football, is being approached by Qatari side Al-Gharafa, through a rich proposal. Former Arsenal, Barcelona FC and Chelsea playmaker is currently on a deal with French club until June 2022.
