Linked to a Premier League move for a long time, French international attacking midfielder/winger Thomas Lemar (21) has been confirmed as a target for UK top clubs by AS Monaco vice-president, Vadim Vasilyev: "There's a good chance for Thomas to leave next summer. Liverpool were really interested. But it was Arsenal that was really close to finalising the deal".
