AS ROMA to meet United again on SMALLING's permanent move

Determined to bring 30-year English centre-back Chris Smalling in again, ahead of next season, this time on a permanent move, AS Roma management are meeting Manchester United officials once more, in the short run, over sealing the deal once and for all. While Red Devils are still asking for a €18m transfer fee, Giallorossi are barely hitting a €15m bid. All sides involved, are willing to make it final.
