Kwadwo Asamoah proved his full fitness by lasting the entire duration of Juventus’ 2-0 win over AC Milan in the big Serie-A game played on Sunday night.

The Ghana midfielder had to pass a late fitness test after picking up a hamstring injury earlier in the week in order to face the Rossoneri.

Goals from Fernando Llorente and Carlos Tevez gave the champions a famous win at the San Siro to strengthen their lead at the top of Serie-A.

Asamoah’s full time involvement comes as a massive boost for Ghana as he is now fit to join the Black Stars squad for the international friendly match against Montenegro on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, his Black Stars teammates Michael Essien and Sulley Muntari did not play a part for Milan in Sunday’s game.

Muntari was suspended while Essien remained an unused substitute for the match which ended in defeat to Clarence Seedorf’s side.
