Kwadwo Asamoah was unable to help Juventus avoid defeat at home against Inter Milan on Saturday.

The champions suffered a surprise 3-1 defeat before their fans at the Juventus Stadium despite taking the lead through Arturo Vidal in just the first minute of the game.

The Chilean attacker got on the end of a driven cross from the Ghana midfielder to open the scoring very early in the game much to the delight of the home fans.

However a majestic second half display from Inter fetched them the equalizer through striker Diego Milito in the 59th minute.

The Argentine striker grabbed a sensational brace 17 minutes later to end Juventus’ 49-match unbeaten run.

Rodrigo Palacio then made the points safe late on to claim a famous victory for Inter Milan at the Juventus Stadium.

The Bianconeri however maintain their lead at the top of Serie-A but have their healthy four-point lead slashed to one with the defeat to second-placed Inter Milan.
