Asante Kotoko captain Amos Frimpong has expressed satisfaction in his sides 3-0 win over Inter Allies in a friendly on Wednesday at the Accra Sports Stadium. 

Frimpong, who was on target in the game against the Tema based side, disclosed the team's preparation ahead of the CAF Confederation Cup campaign has been satisfactory so far.

"So far I will say the game against Inter Allies has been good preparatory game for us," he said after the game. "Because, if you look at Inter Allies, they are a well organised side on any given day they can cause a surprise."

"Looking at the players we have assembled this evening for the game, I think our performance has been up there and that cause the victory for Asnate Kotoko."

Frimpong scored and set up another goal in the game, the 28 year old admitted he leads by examples and always wants to get his side moving positively.

"I have to give my best in games and as a leader I have to lead by example so that my colleagues can be motivated to also give their best," he said.

The Porcupine Warriors will play Kariobangi Sharks of Kenya in the 1/16th stage of the confederations cup.
