Asante Kotoko SC are on the verge of signing young defender Christopher Nakai Nettey ahead of the new season, GHANAsoccernet.com can confirm.
The 21-year-old right back will be joining the Porcupine Warriors on a three-year deal from lower-tier side Attram de Visser.
Nettey was a key member of the Great Olympics squad in the 2017/2018 Ghana Premier League when he was playing on loan.
The talented defender earned himself a national team call up when the Black Stars B were preparing for the WAFU Cup of Nations and CHAN Qualifiers.
Nettey was spotted at a dinner party organised by Asante Kotoko SC head coach Maxwell Konadu at the Sports Hotel in Kumasi on Monday.
The 2019/2020 season will be kicking off on Friday 27 December 2019.
