Asante Kotoko forward Kwame Opoku delighted to have scored on his debut, assures fans of more goals

Asante Kotoko forward Kwame Opoku is happy to have scored his first goal for the club against Techiman Eleven Wonders in his side's opening fixture of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League.

The former Nkoranza Warrior striker scored the first goal of the game in the 54th minute as he capitalized on a defensive error by the Eleven Wonders defenders and powered the ball pass the goalkeeper.

The Porcupine Warriors threw away the lead in the 74th minute as Prince Okraku got the equalizer for Eleven Wonders.

Kotoko were held at their own backyard in this opening fixture by the Techiman-based team who were impressive on the day.

In a post on his social media after the game, Kwame Poku was delighted to have scored on his debut for his new club and promised the fans of more goals in the onoging season.

Kwame Opoku will be looking forward to hitting the target against Berekum Chelsea in their second leg game at the Sunyani Coronation Park this weekend.
