Asante Kotoko are in talks with former Ghana U20 midfielder Gladson Awako over a possible move, GHANASoccernet.com can report.
The former Heart of Lions player is a free agent at the moment after his contract with DR Congo side TP Mazembe ran out a month ago.
The 26-year-old joined the five times African champions in 2012 from Berekum Chelsea and has since made 90 appearances.
He spent latter stages of his spell in DR Congo on loan at feeder club CS Don Bosco.
