Asante Kotoko plunge bottom of Ghana Premier League table after Week VI

Asante Kotoko plunge into the bottom of the Ghana premier league table after a disappointing defeat against Aduana stars on Sunday.

Former Kotoko attacker Yahaya Mohammed fetched the only goal of the match to condemn the porcupines to the base.

As well as preserve Aduana stars' unbeaten record at home against Kotoko. Aduana have now not lost to Kotoko in seven premier league games at the Dormaa park.

Kotoko's rivals Hearts of Oak on the other hand relinquished top spot to All Stars after the Wa-based side convincingly defeated them 3-1 at the Accra sports stadium.

Dreams FC moved to third place following a hard earned three points against stubborn WAFA whilst Ebusua Dwarfs with a 3-1 win over Inter Allies moved from the relegation zone.

Last season champions Ashanti Gold find themselves 11th, 6 points adrift off the top.
