Asante Kotoko have replaced defender Samuel Frimpong with Samuel Appiah Kubi in their 18-man squad to face Simba in Tanzanian on Wednesday.
The club explain that Frimpong could make the trip due to an immigration issue.
A statement on the Asante Kotoko's Twitter account read: ''Samuel Frimpong will not make tonight's trip due to paperwork issues - he has been replaced by Samuel Appiah Kubi.''
The Porcupine Warriors left Ghana on Monday, 6 August and the match will be played on Wednesday at the 60,000 capacity National Stadium.
