Communications Director of Asante Kotoko Lawyer Sarfo Duku is under fire over his disclosure of Paa Kwesi Fabin's salary during a radio interview on Friday morning.

During an interview with Kumasi-based Metro FM on Thursday, the club's scribe revealed that Paa Kwesi takes home GH¢6,000 as monthly salary.

"He (Kwesi Fabin) was taking GH¢6000 as monthly salary.” Duku revealed to Metro FM on Friday morning.

“This is simple. If he wants to leave then per the contract he must pay GH¢30,000 as compensation to the club for breaching of contract without just cause,” Duku explained to Metro FM.

However, Duku's disclosure is reported to have been viewed as breach of potential confidentiality by the hierarchy of the Porcupine Warriors.

Paa Kwesi Fabin resigned as head coach of the club on Thursday after seven months in the dug-out of the club citing that the club had planned to sack him on Monday, September 16, 2018, and he didn't want any sack report in his repertoire.

However, reports suggest that the 50-year-old gaffer resigned over a leaked video, where he was captured to be discussing a possible move to an unnamed club president in South Africa.

The former Ghana U-17 coach was heard saying that he will fly to South Africa if the club is able to wire some amount of money to his account to settle his family before coming.
