Asante Kotoko's CAF Champions League preliminary round second leg against Mauritanian side FC Nouadibou may be called off after two players from the away side have tested positive for the coronavirus, with just some few minutes to kick off after COVID-19 results released according to reports.

The game was scheduled to kick off at 3pm at the Accra Sports Stadium but has been delayed for over one hour.

According to reports, two players in the camp of FC Nouadibou have tested positive for the COVID-19 but club officials are requesting for certification from the hospital for the two players.

Reports indicate that the two  are key players of FC Nouadibou are they believe its an attempt by Kotoko to rule the two players out of the game through using health tactics.

The game is likely to be postponed as the Mauritanian side have showed no desire in honoring the game this afternoon.
