AshantiGold SC gaffer Milovan Cirkovic claims he is not satisfied with his squad following their draw with Karela United FC on Sunday.

The Miners began their 2020/2021 Ghana Premier League campaign with a 2-2 stalemate with the Aiyinase based side at the Len Clay stadium.

The visitors broke the game's duck as early as the 5th minute through Diawisie Taylor.

Appiah McCarthy drew the hosts level with a brilliant free-kick in the 23rd before Hans Kwofie put them ahead on the stroke of halftime.

Substitute Samuel Ofori equalised for Karela in the 59th minute with a nice finish.

Cirkovic who joined AshantiGold about fortnight ago believes his squad are far from their best.

"I have had very short time with the squad that's why we couldn't play to our best," he told reporters

"We must learn more and more. I have to work hard with them till when I will be satisfied.

"For now I am not with the squad tactically and technically."

AshantiGold will travel to Accra to face Hearts of Oak in their next Ghana Premier League fixture next weekend.
