Ghanaian defender Kwadwo Amoako has landed in Georgia where he will be undergoing trials at top-flight side FC Dila Gori.

The full-back is hoping to impress the technical team to secure a transfer from former Ghanaian champions AshantiGold.

FC Dila Gori finished the 2020/21 Georgian top-flight league season in the third position.

The club is hoping to sign a few players in this transfer window to strengthen its squad in the ongoing campaign.

Amoako and a few players will be monitored in the new couple of weeks for a possible opportunity to be offered a contract.

The 23-year-old joined Ashgold from Eleven Wonders in 2019 and has been called up for Black Stars duty a couple of times.

He was on the bench twice during the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
