AshantiGold midfielder David Abagna is close to joining newly promoted Ghana Premier League side Real Tamale United, according to reports.
Abagna is said to have reached an agreement with RTU with the club expected to announce his signing soon.
The amount involved in the deal is 100,000 Ghana cedis, reports add.
Abagna will be RTU's marquee signing following their return to the league, ending their eight-year hiatus.
He scored nine goals in 30 league games last season. He also assisted five goals and won four man of the match awards.
His two goals in the MTN FA Cup helped the Miners reached the final of the competition.
