AshantiGold midfielder Abdul Latif Anabila has distanced himself from reports linking him away from the club.
The former Ghana youth international is coming to to the end of his contract but has revealed he has begun talks over a possible renewal.
Anabila is said to be on the wish list of Asante Kotoko but the in-form midfield general has promised the club's fans he will stay at the Len Clay Sports Stadium.
"My contract with AshGold will soon expire, but I've been approached by the management led by Champion [Dr.Kwaku Frimpong] for a contract renewal which negotiations are still ongoing," Anabila told Kumasi-based OTEC FM.
"I will ensure AshGold Supporters to stay calm because Anabila is not going anywhere."
