AshGold captain Daniel Asamoah has warned Asante Kotoko to be prepared for a 'dangerous' game when they meet his side in a Glo Premier League week two fixture at the Obuase Len Clay Stadium on Sunday.

The Miners will welcome their regional rivals to their favourite home grounds with determination to collect the maximum points at stake, while the Porcupine Warriors are seeking to record their first win at the venue since the 2009/10 season.

AshGold were impressive in their opening game of the season holding new boys Real Tamale United to a 2-2 drawn game at the Tamale Sports Stadium.

Daniel Asamoah has raised Kotoko's ire ahead of Sunday's clash by saying they will not score a single goal at the Len Clay Stadium.

“We can’t afford to lose this game. We’ll beat Kotoko on Sunday and they will not score against us,” he told the club's official website.

“The supporters must come in their numbers and we won’t disappoint them”
