Ashgold striker Nana Poku set for exit following offers from Turkey

AshantiGold striker Nana Poku has revealed he is set to leave the club following offers from Turkey.

The 27-year-old revealed he had wanted to join Kotoko but the move fell through because the season was cancelled due to coronavirus pandemic.

According to Poku, with the airports now opened, he will leave the country for Turkey this month.

"I have many offers from Turkey and some other countries. I am hoping to leave by the middle of this month," Poku told Pure FM.

"I wanted to play for Asante Kotoko before the COVID-19 for only half a season but they wanted a full season so I choose to play for AshantiGold."

The former Berekum Chelsea star returned to Ahsgold returned to Ashgold in March this year.

Poku played on loan for Ashgold in 2011/12 season.
