Ghana Premier League side AshantiGold are set to hold talks with defensive pair of Henry Entsil and John Ashong over new deals.

The duo's contracts expire at the end of August and AshGold officials will begin negotiations with the players to ink new deals.

This comes after the central-defensive pair failed to be handed deals at South African side Kaizer Chiefs after trials.

The two players were members of Ghana's contingent which played at this year's African Nations Championship in Sudan.
