Miguel Angel Gil Marin, the CEO of Atletico Madrid, is in Paris this Tuesday to negotiate with Paris Saint-Germain.
Edinson Cavani is Atleti's main target this transfer window, so Gil Marin will be meeting with PSG chief Nasser Al-Khelaifi to try to secure the green light.
Gil Marin is trying to change the club's position, after sporting director Leonardo said "no" to the transfer due to the belief that Cavani can still play a role for PSG in the second half of the season and also the desire to not strengthen a direct rival for the Champions League.
