Yannick Carrasco has been offered a new contract by Atletico Madrid, according to Spanish publication AS.
It is understood Chelsea made the Belgium forward a top target to revamp the squad in the January transfer window.
The 23-year-old's current contract is due to expire in 2020 with a £36m buyout clause included.
