Atletico Madrid president can't guarantee keeping Chelsea target Falcao

Atletico Madrid president Enrique Cerezo admits they face a battle to keep hold of Radamel Falcao.

Cerezo concedes they may have to sell to balance the books this summer, with Chelsea keen to land their Colombian star.

"Right now if we budgeted for €150 million, we'd spend €150 million and not €180 million, which is what we have been doing lately, because we have to restrict some costs," said Cerezo.

"We must recognize that Messi is one of the best players in the world, if not number one, but that does not mean Falcao may not be inside the five best in the world."
