The Ayew brothers Jordan and Andre grabbed the headlines on Saturday night as their three goals helped Olympique Marseille knock-out lower division side Red Star 93 5-0 in the Coupe de France.

Jordan hit a brace by scoring on the 42nd and 92nd minutes while Andre Ayew scored from a spectacular free kick.

The pair, who were excused from travelling to Ghana pre-Nations Cup camping in South Africa on Friday, played a crucial role in Marseille's victory as Andre Ayew set up the second with some delightful moves on the flanks.

Red Star, a National Ligue side, managed to hold Didier Deschamps' side until three minutes before the interval.

Jordan handed Marseille the lead on 42 minutes with a fine effort.

Marseille returned to score more goals after the interval but had to be inspired by an Andre  performance.

The winger had the better of three defenders on the left wing before tailoring a stinging cross for Matthew Valbuena to blast home the second goal.

It was then the turn of Andre to add his name to the score sheet when he won a free kick at the edge of the box.

The 22-year-old elected himself to effect the kick and he arrowed a powerful drive to the top right corner.

Jordan became the architect of the fourth goal as he set up a cross which Benoit Cheyrou blasted home from the edge of the box.

The 20-year-old then drilled a low drive home to score his first brace of the season.
