Azpilicueta not thinking about leaving Chelsea

Cesar Azpilicueta has reiterated his commitment to staying put at Chelsea for the next few years.

After failing to defend their Premier League title, it is widely expected that the Blues will allow a host of the current crop of players to leave in the summer as part of a major overhaul at Stamford Bridge.

Azpilicueta, who arrived from French club Marseille in 2012, has been one of the better performers for Chelsea this season and the defender has now gone on to reveal that he has no intention of leaving the London giants anytime soon.

The Spaniard said on French radio station RMC: "I plan on staying another few years at Chelsea. I'm very happy there. I'm not thinking about leaving the club.

"I'm only thinking of [playing for] the Blues.

"Marseille made a big impact on me and gave me the chance to discover Europe. I felt very good over there. But if I have to leave it would be for a club where I could develop even more than at Chelsea."
