Berekum Chelsea have completed the signing of defender Richard Kissi Boateng who has returned from Libya, MTNFootball.com understands.
The Ghanaian champions have received the International Transfer Certificate from his ex-club Ittihad of Libya.
This paves the way for his the left-back to be registered for the upcoming Premier League season.
Boateng has been inactive following the political upheaval that has rocked the North African country in recent months.
The former Liberty Professionals player wants to re-launch his career with the Premier League big spenders.
He is currently part of the Chelsea squad that's currently playing in the ongoing GHALCA G8 tournament.
