Bad luck for NAPOLI and Milik: ACL partially broken

Published on: 09 October 2016

Bad luck for Napoli and their new striker Arkadiusz Milik: the ex Ajax player got seriously injured last night during a match between Poland and Denmark.

The Polish forward got injured some minutes before half time in a tackle with an opponent and at first moment it seemed a small knee injury, but during half time he started to feel pain and more exams underwent during the night revealed the not complete breaking of the ACL

Milik will probably undergo a surgery soon, but probably he will fully recover only in late February/March.

Now Napoli will have to sign another striker in the winter transfer window, it's unlikely that they will sign a free agent player for the next two months.
