Striker Baffour Gyan insists he is not yet done with football despite wide-spread speculations that he has retired.

The 31-year-old has not played active football in over a year since parting ways with Asante Kotoko in an attempt to resurrect what seemed a dead career.

But the older brother of current Black Stars leading striker, Asamoah Gyan, believes he still has a lot to offer the game and refuses to give in to suggestions of quitting.

“I had a bad injury during my time with Kotoko which took long to heal and that is what has affected my career,” he told GHANAsoccernet.com.

“By God’s grace I am now well and ready to take to the field again. Baffour Gyan is not yet done with football like people think.

Gyan who has won 25 caps for the Black Stars and played most of his club football in Russia hinted to a foreign move which according to him will materialize ‘very soon’.

“I am ok now and ready to play again. I will be making a move outside Ghana and that will be announced very soon,” he added.
