Asante Kotoko striker Seidu Bacney is delighted with his partnership upfront with Yahaya Mohammed.
The 23-year-old scored twice to help the champions to an impressive 4-1 win over Medeama on Sunday.
The win saw Kotoko extend their lead on top of the Ghana Premier League by six points.
Bancey is however happy with his return to form after a wobbly start to the season saddled with injuries.
The ex Ebusua Dwarfs striker is particularly delighted with his striking partnership with Yahaya Mohammed who has also been chipping in goals in recent games.
ââ¬ÅI know Yahaya Mohammed since infancy from Tema so itââ¬â¢s nothing new for me,â⬠Bancey told Metro FM.
ââ¬ÅThough he (Mohammed) is not an out-and-out striker, I am really enjoying the partnership.
ââ¬ÅThe understanding between us is very good and I can only hope that it continues.ââ¬
Kotoko are comfortable on top of the Ghanaian top flight with just a game to the end of the first half of the season.
