The Barcelona players returned to training on Monday after having a day off on Sunday, with the squad now able to work in groups of 14 due to the loosening of restrictions.

Quique Setien divided the squad into two.

In one half were Gerard Pique, Sergio Busquets, Luis Suarez, Lionel Messi, Jordi Alba, Sergi Roberto, Arturo Vidal, Ansu Fati, Riqui Puig and Ronald Araujo, plus Marc-Andre ter Stegen and Neto.

And in the other were Nelson Semedo, Ivan Rakitic, Arthur Melo, Clement Lenglet, Antoine Griezmann, Martin Braithwaite, Frenkie de Jong, Junior Firpo, Alex Collado, Monchu and Inaki Pena.

Meanwhile, the injured duo of Samuel Umtiti and Ousmane Dembele continued with their respective recoveries.

Barcelona continued to place an emphasis on fitness after having been in confinement, but without neglecting the technical and tactical work.

Also returning to training on Monday was Barcelona B, who called up some players from the Juvenil squad, but, as the protocol dictates, they trained on an individual basis. They did work with and without the ball.
