Barcelona striker Luis Suarez insists he won't target Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos' shoulder injury.
Ramos will have to play the El Clasico with painkillers.
Suarez said he will not go out to cause damage, and says Madrid would do the same with regards to Lionel Messi's knee.
“I don't think anyone is going to go looking to hurt Ramos' shoulder, just like no-one will go after Messi's leg, because we are colleagues and professionals.
"But of course we will be more switched on because it's the Clasico."
