Barcelona goalscorer Ivan Rakitic was frustrated after their 2-2 draw with Villarreal.
Rakitic didn't hide his disappointment at Barcelona throwing away a two-goal lead, noting that "it always hurts to draw when you've been 2-0 up", but was adamant that "in general we did a good job".
"If everything were so easy and clear-cut, there'd be no point setting foot on the pitch. We played our game and controlled it relatively well.
"When they got their [first] goal they were reinvigorated, which is normal. We didn't have long to recover [after the Champions League game in midweek] and we'll move on.
"With all due respect, we're very happy. We'd have liked to have won the game, but ultimately this draw is no big deal," Rakitic concluded,
