Newcastle United are ready to table a €60m offer for Bayer Leverkusen winger Moussa Diaby, 22, which falls short of the German club's valuation of the France international at about £75m. The clubs held talks in January as Newcastle agreed a deal for Leverkusen's Dutch left back Mitchel Bakker only to change their minds on the transfer.
