According to TZ, Bayern Munich seem to have decided to part ways from almost 32-year old Spanish centre-back/half-back Javi Martinez, out of not losing him, ahead of the end of next season, on a free transfer. Previously linked to a move back to his home country, namely to former club of his Athletic Bilbao themselves, Bundesliga defending champions veteran is allegedly tracked hard by Stade Rennais at the time.
