The Ghana Football Association Disciplinary Committee has dismissed an application to stay the execution of the one home-match ban imposed on Bechem United.

Bechem filed the application against the decision pending the determination of the appeal.

The application failed to meet the requirements since it was not a motion on notice, according to GFA Regulation Article 37 (17) (b).

"The Committee for the above reasons dismisses the stay of execution and the PLB should ensure the ban in imposed as contained in the decision of the Disciplinary Committee of16th April, 2014," the ruling stated.

This means Bechem will have to host Aduana Stars at the Sunyani Coronation Park.
