Heart of Lions assistant coach Ben Fokuo claimed ‘a clear campaign against his side is influencing referees after his side lost 4-1 at Medeama on Sunday.
Fokuo was incensed with the decisions of referee Wiseman Ghansah after they were thrashed by the Mauve and Yellows in Tarkwa.
The former Ghana Under-20 female team coach claims there is deliberate ploy to frustrate his team this season.
“You think about it and you never understand. There is a clear campaign. It’s obvious,†he said
“Look at the performance of the referees in our matches and you will draw the conclusion that there are under hand dealings.
“It’s sad and unfortunate that we’ll do to ourselves for no apparent reason.â€
The Kpando-based side are languishing 13th on the table with 11 games to spare.
