The 2011 champions have been unable to field the former Ghana U17 hot-shot in their opening two league matches due to his incomplete registration.
The Ghana Football Association was waiting to receive the clearance papers from the Saudi Federation where Adams last played for relegated Al Ansar in the 2011/12 season.
Berekum Chelsea signed the former Etoile du Sahel striker on a one-and-half-year deal in September.
The club play local rivals Berekum Arsenal on Sunday at the Golden City Park.
