Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ghana Premier League outfit, Bibiani Gold Stars John Adu Kwesi has opened up on the future of coach Michael Osei amid reports his contract has expired at the club.

The former Kotoko trainer joined Goldstars before the start of the 2021/22 season after ending his stay with Star Madrid.

Earlier reports in the media suggested Michael Osei’s contract with the miners has elapsed.

But the CEO in an interview with Angel FM rubbished such report, insisting the trainer still has contract with the club.

According to him, the leadership of the club intend to extend the contract of the Black Meteors assistant coach.

“No, coach Michael Osei’s contract has not expired, and management is also considering its review for extension,” he said.

The former Ghana international is currently in Germany for holidays whiles he embarks on refresher courses ahead of the new Ghana football campaign.
