Defender Edwin Gyimah has expressed delight in scooping his first Man of the Match award at Black Leopards.
The 27-year old played an instrumental role as Black Leopards held giants Kaizer Chiefs to a 1-1 draw on Saturday in the PSL.
"It was a game game. the supporters came out in their numbers," said the 28-year old. "First of all we thank the supporters, the Almighty God, the management and the boss for giving me the opportunity."
"I am happy, it's been a long time having this achievement. I'm so grateful," he added.
Kaizer Chiefs scored first after just 11 minutes when Samir Nurkovic scored before Gyimah played a role in Mogakolodi Ngele's leveler on 32 minutes.
Gyimah joined Black Leopards in October 2019 and has been a key member of the team, having play ten times.
