Ghana U23 coach Ibrahim Tanko will get the services of some foreign-based players for their upcoming CAF U23 Cup of Nations qualifier against Togo.
Tanko played his first high profile match on Sunday with home-based players and lost 3-0 to Asante Kotoko.
The lack of competitive football since June this year has affected the performance of the local players.
St Gallen star Majeed Ashimeru, Isaac Twum of Norwegian side and Samuel Tetteh are few names who are ready to play for the team.
Tanko is happy the availability of some of these players will boost their chances.
''We are going to have some foreign players in the team. This game has given me a fair idea about the team and the players we can work on,'' Tanko, who doubles as Black Stars assistant coach, said.
''Because we only have nine days to prepare for the game. With the foreign and the local players I think we can build a good team.''
