Black Starlets line up friendly against Niger ahead of WAFU Zone B Championship

The Black Starlets of Ghana will engage their Nigerien counterparts in a friendly encounter at the Accra Sports Stadium on Monday. 

The Paa Kwesi Fabin led team will test their strength against their West African rivals as they prepare for the tournament to be hosted by Ghana from next week.

The Ghana U17 team have been preparing with a series of friendly matches.

Last Friday, the team beat Inter Allies 3-0 as preparations continued for the tournament starting on June 11, 2022.

Ghana will host Benin, Togo, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Niger, Burkina Faso in Cape Coast.

The WAFU Zone B championship with serve as qualification tournament for the Africa U17 Cup of Nations.
