The players were mobbed by several Ghanaians in Bata who were at hand to welcome them from Franceville where they had been based.

The Black Stars could not train on Monday but will train on Tuesday ahead of the game with the Zambians.

The Chipolopolo have the advantage of playing in Equatorial Guinea during the competition.
