Black Stars coach Avram Grant is intensifying his monitoring of the Ghana Premier League after visiting two match venues over the weekend.

The Israeli travelled to the Eastern Region on Saturday to watch the match between Dreams FC and Wa All Stars.

He was not disappointed as the two sides sold some wonderful display with some good goals scored and All Stars goalkeeper Richard Ofori pulling some excellent saves.

Grant was at the Accra Sports Stadium the following day watching Hearts of Oak as they coasted to a 3-1 win over Bechem United.

There was intense excitement and good spirit at the stadium as the Phobians sold an interesting match with some players on both sides also giving the Ghana coach some thoughts.

The former Chelsea manager sat next to Hearts owner Togbe Afede to watch the game as they shared some exciting moments during the league.

Two weeks ago he was in Tema to watch Inter Allies play Dreams FC in another exciting game.

There have been concerns that Grant has not monitored the local league enough which forced the GFA to call for his return from Europe.
